Geaux Saints!

So, I'm really excited that the Saints won! I'm now watching the Ravens. The weather actually warmed up a bit today, I think that it was about 51 degrees! We had our first Pitch & Putt golf club meeting of the 2010 golf season. I can't wait for the weather to break, it felt great being on the golf course today!

Granny turns 87!

Happy birthday Granny! I can't believe that my Granny turned 87 wonderful years old today! She's such an incredible person; beautiful, generous, spiritual, loving, kind, awesome! We have grown to be friends, something that I cherish. She said that it was really cold today in Baton Rouge, something she's not use to, stay warm Granny!

Day 1: Consciousness Cleanse

So... I started the Consciousness Cleanse from Oprah. I love doing this kind of work, it always makes me feel so good. I have some new professional goals that I'm setting for myself and I'm truly excited about what is to come. Though I am somewhat afraid, I will use this fear to fuel my desires to succeed! Bring it on! With my angels by my side, I can't lose.

I'm back on my quest to lose those crazy holiday pounds. Why does it take a minute to eat and 6 months to lose? I'm back in the saddle today. I tracked what I ate, went to body pump and then did spinning. I had a nice healthy dinner, tilapia, broccoli, and couscous. Go me!

JW mentioned wanting to do some trips this spring maybe a cruise and a long weekend to Hilton Head. Who doesn't want to look cute out on the links!

Happy New Year! I'm super excited that it's finally 2010. 2009 was a year of serious personal growth and some serious life changes. I met JW, the most wonderful man, I see an amazing future with him. We just spent Christmas up in Boston, with my mom, she seem to really like him. Now, he needs to meet my dad and the rest of my family.
