I'm back on my quest to lose those crazy holiday pounds. Why does it take a minute to eat and 6 months to lose? I'm back in the saddle today. I tracked what I ate, went to body pump and then did spinning. I had a nice healthy dinner, tilapia, broccoli, and couscous. Go me!
JW mentioned wanting to do some trips this spring maybe a cruise and a long weekend to Hilton Head. Who doesn't want to look cute out on the links!
